Barbara Förster has many years of experience in employment law consultancy and representing employees, executives and managing directors in court, as well as collective bargaining consultancy and representing works councils throughout Germany.

Ms. Förster comprehensively advises her clients on all aspects of individual labor law and represents them during out-of-court negotiations, as well as judicially across all instances, up to the German Federal Labor Court. Her services include negotiating termination agreements, enforcing holiday and bonus entitlements, undertaking proceedings for protection against dismissal, optimizing the wording of job certificates and providing advise regarding parental leave.

Another focal point of her activities involves comprehensive consultation and representation of works councils in all areas of co-determination. In the process, she supports employee representatives in preparing and negotiating collective bargaining agreements in particular and represents them in labor court proceedings as well as conciliation committee proceedings.

Ms. Förster is an experienced advisor and provides training for works councils in all areas of labor and works constitution law.
