Barbara Förster has many years of experience in employment law consulting and representation in court of employees, executives and managing directors, as well as collective bargaining consulting and representation of works councils throughout Germany.

Ms. Förster comprehensively advises her clients on all aspects of individual labor law and represents them during out-of-court negotiations, as well as judicially across all instances, up to the German Federal Labor Court. Her services include negotiation of termination agreements, enforcement of holiday and bonus entitlements, proceedings for protection against dismissal, optimization of the wording of job certificates and advice regarding parental leave.

Yet another focus area of her activities involves comprehensive consultation and representation of works councils in all areas of co-determination. In the process, she supports employee representatives in the preparation and negotiation of collective agreements in particular and represents them in labor court proceedings as well as conciliation committee proceedings.

Ms. Förster is an experienced advisor and provides training for works councils in all areas of labor and works constitution law.
